That "rumor" is actually written as part of the IPO filing at the Edgar database. They mention EA possibly reserving $3 million of their stock ... as of June 4 filing. How can a stock be oversubscribed before opening? Is that due to people buying through the underwriters before it is opened up to general NASDAQ buying?
