i never claimed to know a lot about CA real estate. BUT, one clue of a top or near top is your 300% roi in 7 years. how many investment vehicle's do you know of where that rate of return is sustainable? right now in some areas of the country realestate has fallen 20% in the last few months. best of luck to you in your sale.
