You don't understand. Historically, it seems it's o.k. for them to war, massacre, and plunder each other during Ramadan, but apparently it's cause for Jihad if anybody outside the faith gets involved.

Faultline -- I hope this passes muster, not intending to insult anybody. I think it's true, and moreover, something Henry Kissinger might say.
