Call me stupid, but I couldn't resist picking up some shares of ENE at 19.95 and 20 today. Just hoping there's not too much smoke & mirrors behind ENE's accounting, and that Lay resolves the SEC's concerns quickly.

The "sharks" smell blood, and class action suits are just starting, but 20 bucks for ENE sure seems a bargain to me.
