Maybe, but I doubt the U.S. Postal Service employs the discriminatory standards you suggest, and where it wouldn't be tolerated for a minute in a place like D.C., where 90% of the population is black, the Mayor is black, government employees have enormous political power and influence, and anything untoward that happens is under the magnifying glass for the entire nation to see. Moreover, those employees are well-paid, union employees with health benefits and who have a good standard of living. It's not as if they're migrant farmworkers or worse, which your posts imply.
