Well, I didn't know that.
But if there's some coded message hidden in certain words, it's going to be about as meaningful as the Allies' messages were in WWII. The classic example being "The chair is against the table". This may or may not have meant anything, may have been just there to confuse, may have meant Do - or Don't - do something - but there's no way of knowing. BTW, there's easier ways of passing on secret messages than broadcast media - phones, mail, email, website or bbs... voice... So perhaps you show the tape - maybe translated? But who knows what 'coded' message might inadvertently be passed on. Like the one quoted <g>. Let's face it, anything in there isn't going to be comprehensible.
Or you apply censorship... What, *you're* in favour of state control of the media, of some anonymous bureaucrat in government deciding what you should or shouldn't be allowed to hear? I'm surprised.
Or you decide to behave as a free country.
I know which I'd choose, and don't believe there's too much of an issue. |
