Excuses, Excuses

"The Registrants' auditor is located in Manhattan and their activity was disrupted by the recent tragedy."

Eichler Bergsman & Co Llp
404 Park Avenue S.
New York, NY
212-447-9001

I wonder if Eichler et al is still their auditor?

While they (Eichler) "are in Manhattan", they would be 30+ City Blocks North of "Ground Zero" (over a mile and a half away).

Hmmmmm

And if one goes back to SFTY last SEC "late filing" dated 5/16/2000, one sees:

"The Form 10-QSB could not be filed within the prescribed time period because the Company was involved in filing its initial public offering, as amended, with the Securities and Exchange Commission during first quarter 2000.
