Another press release Epic Oil completes $225,800 private placement Epic Oil and Gas Ltd EAS Shares issued 18,731,706 Oct 22 close $0.06 Mon 22 Oct 2001 News Release Mr. Michael Hopley reports Epic Oil and Gas Ltd. (the company) has completed its private placement financing reported as news in Stockwatch on July 23, 2001. The total amount of the financing is $225,800 at the price of 10 Canadian cents per unit. Each unit consists of one common share in the capital stock of the company and one-half non-transferable share purchase warrant. One full warrant (two one-half warrants) entitles the holder to purchase one additional share of the company at 15 Canadian cents for a 180-day period.
