Edina Couriers, Bloomington, said it completed its acquisition of Lightning Express, a local courier specializing in delivering and processing legal documents. The Edina Courier fleet will expand to 110 vehicles, the company said.
Entegris Inc., Chaska, completed the cash deal to acquire all the assets of TUMI Inc., a supplier of precision cleaning equipment in the semiconductor and data-storage industries.

Imation Corp., Oakdale, reached an agreement with IBM to provide after-market data storage media distribution services for IBM worldwide.
Appliance Recycling Centers of America Inc. (ARCA), St. Louis Park, has become the primary national provider of reverse logistics services for Maytag Corp., enabling ARCA to sell special-buy Maytag appliances through its ApplianceSmart factory outlets. ApplianceSmart will buy Maytag's customer returns, closeouts, factory overruns and discontinued models and sell them at a significant discount to retail outlets.
Analysts International Corp., Edina, said its board of directors has elected to suspend the quarterly cash dividend to shareholders. The company said it will review the dividend on a regular basis.
