Dale, One of the things about living overseas - 6 years in the UK, plus regular travel to Angola, Azerbaijan, China, Vietnam, and the Middle East in my case - is the radically different perspective that you gain. After spending my first 36 years in the US, I "knew" that all Russians were uncivilized, vodka-swilling pigs. I "knew" that Moslems wanted only the elimination of all of my Baptist friends. And, of course, I "knew" that all Orientals were plotting the demise of America. It's hell when your preconceptions are shot full of holes.
