I don't know what the politics are....If you read Sid's stuff you will get his viewpoint.

As a "Pattern" trader, I anticipated a pullback below 14.62 to perhaps as low as below 12.

Primarily I trade OEX so I did not bother to trade this. Further...MMs can manipulate these stocks easier than most others so it's not easy to read.

As far as companies having control of their stock price...I don't think that's something that can be done as often as you seem to believe. My brother is the chairman of CDO---it seems he spends as much time talking to analysts and mutual funds as he does running the company. Yet he'd be the first one to tell an investor that he has no control over the stock price---all he can do is try to keep the earnings and prospects moving in the right direction....something I believe Hagen & company are also trying to do.

Anyway, I've owned stock since the IPO and view it as a long-term investment...intraday/intraweek/intramonth action does not get me upset, I suppose.

If you need reassurance from the company, why not just call Hagen?
