Corporation recently inadvertently linked publicly NEXUS Group International
Inc.'s (TSE:NXS) AcSys Biometrics Corp to them. In light of this public
affirmation it is necessary that NEXUS respond.
Officially, AcSys Biometrics Corp. is in talks with Sensormatic to supply its
Facial Recognition System (FRS) to them. Negotiations are ongoing and when
finalized will be communicated through the usual public channels.
