HyperDynamics Forms Alliance With Godhead Technology; Implements Technical Software Training Services as New Revenue Center
HOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 23, 2001--HyperDynamics Corp., www.hypd.com (OTCBB:HYPD), the premier Integrated Technology Service Provider (ITSP(TM)), today announced that it has agreed with Godhead Technology of Houston, to establish a training facility at HyperDynamics located in the Westwood Technology Center.
Under the new alliance, Godhead will utilize HyperDynamics' Integrated Technology Center (ITC) facilities at Westwood Technology Center on a revenue-sharing basis. It is anticipated that Godhead will also utilize the ITC infrastructure including high bandwidth Internet access and data center for specialized consulting engagements.
HyperDynamics is planning to develop its complete technical training program around Godhead Technology, both for its IT professionals and its clients.
Patrick Johnson, chief executive officer for Godhead, stated, "It makes sense for us to combine our extensive experience and training certifications together with HyperDynamics' technical infrastructure so that we can together provide a superior value to our clients."
He further stated, "The way the ITC facility is set up, we can handle up to 30 students comfortably, for most training sessions. This means that open enrollment training revenues could scale easily. Our revenue from software performance engineering contracts could add substantially to revenues as well."
