the anthrax scare isn't some loony I'll be the first to admit that I don't know who is responsible. I think it would be a better tactic in holding the Arab coalition together if they are told "We don't like Saddam so we are going to clean up there at the same time", instead of "We think Saddam did the anthrax" if it turns out that it gets pinned on something else. I don't think anthrax is necessary as a justification and it will be a public relations disaster if it is used as the basis for an attack and then turns out not to be as claimed. TP
