I have a stock that was dropped down to the pink sheets and one big difference is that there is know bid and ask prices provided. Personally it soundds pretty pathetic, if it can only make it to the pink sheets. Doesn't seem like FIRE could have much real Dollar value if it has to trade on pink sheets. Hope I'm wrong cause I bought MXR for 55 cents Canadian.
