They are not crap in experience (the Dells and Compaqs of the world). Just the opposite has been my experience, i.e., the small guys put out the junk. Where do they have any need for QA, or anything like that? Also, I think the vast majority of PC buyers are unsophisticated types that never want to see the inside of their PC. I'm not convinced the small guys are gaining. Tony
