Daryl,
I will be the inspector and i will carry weapons--nuclear if i have to. How is that? Seriously i did not say i expected him to accept but we do have a quid quo pro in place with iran so who knows. What i said he doesnt want to die. Last time we were perceived as not serious enough after we let him off the hook.

BELFAST, Northern Ireland, Oct. 23 — In a gesture aimed at saving the peace process in Northern Ireland, the Irish Republican Army said Tuesday it has begun to disarm, implementing a plan that had been accepted by an international disarmament commission in August.
