You want some Palestinian leader to say the same things in English as he does in Arabic. You'll wait forever.

A leader who's interesting in shaping public opinion, instead of just following it, can rephrase a message without negating it. For an example, look at the pronouncements of King Abdullah, who is talking to exactly the same audience -- Jordan is 80% Palestinian.
