"Must make AMD feel good to know they are subserviant to the Japanese for the Flash manufacturing. " Absolutely! Fujitsu pays for the fabs, and AMD gets to buy them from FASL for cost of manufacturing. Too bad Intel couldn't convince another company to do the same. But who would want to do that with a commodity, low margin product like Intel produces?
