They did - Sharp - which they used for about 4 or 5 years.

Intel brought Flash manufacturing back in house - to keep ALL of the MARGINS.

But AMD has to share their margins.

Even now, AMD is trying to play catch-up and convert their MegaFab 25 to Flash.
