Oh I am SO glad.
No occasion needed.
But it goes really well with Edam cheese and rustic bread.
Chill it well. And enjoy.
It does not have the alcoholic kick of wine, as I recently discovered. I can drink a glass and still feel just fine. But after a big glass of a sweet desert riesling I had to go right to bed. I can't wait to hear how you like it. Don't pull your punches - if you hate it let me know.
