Peter, my NYSE limit orders in the spread are STILL not getting market exposure. I had an order in to buy IOM at 21 3/16. The quote was 21 1/8 x 21 1/4. The bid did not change to 21 3/16, and sat at 21 1/8 for 5 minutes. I did not get an execution until the offer went to 21 3/16. Please get this fixed once and for all, or else tell us definatively that our NYSE orders to NOT get market exposure.
