LOUD&CITI look to get weaker before they get stronger, which is fine if you are building a position.
If you aren't, get out.

SURE, TTN & VIFL will keep moving up as long as the talking heads keep talking anthrax up. It has almost become a ridiculous situation. I put the CDC (Center for Disease Control) in the same group of idiots as the street analysts.
They have no idea how to deploy people in this crisis.
So the bottom line is watch out for your own ass, because the govt sure isn't doing it.

Keep in the back of your mind that the market can still walk off a cliff at any time. The fact that some of the real crappy big-caps that are moving up after getting close to those "adjusted down earnings numbers" means the big boyz may be holding them up to get suckers to sell to.
We don't want to be fall into their traps...
On top of that, the middle east could become a nuclear wasteland at any time. I think things have changed enough to make this a viable possibility.
