I am not a short, or a basher. I sold my total position today in after hours.

I am hoping to buy back at a lower cost basis.

Here is why:

Either it was a concerted effort to confuse us about how great INSP is OR the numbers presented in this quarter and going forward are suspect.

How can you not project onto the bottom line ANY potential revenues from Authorize.net business? Dynacomp --previously does 10 billion in transactions. Wells Fargo, the largest internet banking operation uses Authorize.net, and the several private labels (Yega, Altura, ect...) using Authorize.net. Let alone all the 'increasing wireless services and usages' we are hearing about?

Reason: INSP is not charging very much to these companies in order to 'buy their way' into becoming the 'default' platform. Very risky strategy.-----These companies need to survive and will go with the low cost leader (they may or very well may not have any brand loyalty to INSP--it would yet to be seen).

Some future numbers were moved upward, this is good, but if you are planning on axing another 200 of 900 employees, those numbers should be very accelerated upwards. Again, were the numbers provided in the cc meant to confuse us? Or is it an orchestrated attempt to drive price back downward so Paul Allen can get back in at a good price? What is scary to me is that INSP is in an extreemly competitive marketplace, can they afford to lose so many potential assets and keep stride of the ever changing technology front? We sold Locus and sign up FONX (as best I can tell a very small time player). We were said to be trimming fat, how many times does that line work? This 'fat', I am afraid, may contain too much muscle.

Regardless of my read being right or wrong, nothing suggests that you can not wait to buy INSP later. Why risk you money ON A STILL YET TO BE PROVEN BUSINESS MODEL at a time in history when America faces the day to day terror of not knowing who is next. How many of you have gotten a slight cold or blemish and wondered about your own mail comimg into contact with other letters in circulation?

Point being, I like INSP, but when the carrot is placed futher and further away, you just have to make a decision. Mine is made.

I'll be back cause I like the Space but do the math. What capitialization should support 100 to 105 million in revenues in a present market situation like we are now in?

If this stock now moves to over $2.50 in the next few days to never return to these levels, then fuck me, I have been made by a sophisticated pattern of news releases.

Good luck to all my long friends and a new respect to those who have been on my ignore. Still don't like you though (the ignored), most of you come across as major pricks.
