GPGI stopped trading? USPS continues declining? XTCI strong! quicken.excite.com A 32 billion dollar company stop trading on the day they had a water permit meeting would be good news for USPS. USPS could demand more than 50% since they will be trucking GPGI's highway dirt down the highway and over to a place that is free of water permit issues if true. Hmmm... I think it's time for a Press Release! In the meantime XTCI is trading good volume and building strength on its own. GO GPGI go down the highway and start making the 10 ton / 1,000,000 per month income you promised (again). And GO XTCI !! But don't JV with GPPS!
