Under the terms of the New World Order and the rest of Clinton's democracy bullshit, that's no longer possible. I know, because the "new" South Africa is one of the results of the New World Order.

And, in case you hadn't heard, after everything the US did in helping the ANC get rid of the previous regime, the ANC government is HIGHLY critical of the US. In fact, there are two named terrorist groups resident in SA. And, today, thousands of sympathizers are marching on the Government Buildings in Pretoria to protest the US strikes etc.
