<<The remark to Thomas regarding the "Emily Post" comment was a reference to etiquette. I was perfectly aware of my obligations pertaining to the bet that I had made with Thomas. His need to remind me in a public forum was not necessary, a private e-mail although it too was not necessary, would have shown a little more etiquette>>
RB, throughout my posts way back in 1996, I have always valued your opinion, and the way you present a case. Although in several cases I disagree with you, I respect your way of thinking and especially refraining from personal attacks, using four letter word, and attaching an anatomical part of a donkey to someone's name. That is why you never have said to be one of those dirty dozen. You are above that.
This post is the first time I completely disagree with you with regards to reference to Emily Post. The bet was made in public and the result is therefore fair to be stated in public. You don't expect Bob Dole to e-mail Bill Clinton after that election, do you? Probably when you rethink about that post, you might wish that you did not inject that remark. As they say if you throw mud, your hand gets dirty as well. Sometimes we post during angry time. A big no no. However, RB one dirt in a million posts, you are still clean to me.

As reference to NASDAQ listing, there is a requirement for the stock to trade at $ 3.00 during the last 30 days. So would not that application be placed on hold while awaiting for the stock to catch up to that level? Would not this be the main reason as why that application takes so long?
Secondly, what have you known so far Cantor Fitzgerald is concerned?
Finally, thanks for those information.
