Hi Joan, which companies did you have in mind? Also interest rates even long rates are half of what they are or
even lower, so cash flows are worth more since investment returns are lower in alternative investments.

I think you are right that the very bullish environment of the last half of the 1990's created the environment for
where too many companies came public because it was profitable for the Investment banks and the company
owners.
