Hi Chris, I read most of the quarterly reports that are listed with the PRs but am not any good at finding the SEC filings as they come out. I remember that Raging Bull used to always have someone post whenever there was a new S-8 for a stock on the message board but I never have been good at searching for them. Do you have a good site to do SEC filing searches? I cannot seem to always get a successful search using free Edgar. I know that Aduke is Very good at finding filings, insider info and debenture listings. I guess that should be next on my list of things to learn.
