Thanks Alex PE are no longer used because if they the insanity that is still in the market place would not be. The new method of ascertaining a stock has more to with the AG theory of cash flow. He is providing the cash for you to have flow and adjusting interest to lower the cost of the flow to you. There seems to be a plug in the faucet however as earnings aren't flowing but creeking. The conditions of today are much like cement that dries before it is laid, it is very difficult to work with.
