Andre, Could be a little confusion here regarding NASDAQ application and S-1.

They are two different processes entirely.

It is my understanding that Franklin has only filed an S-1 registration with the primary focus being twofold. First to get full reporting status, and second to open the way for IPO'ng FNET.

I feel, that there has been some talk regarding Nasdaq application. To me it is premature. Before that could happen they would first have to be a fully reporting company, ie S-1 acceptance.

Last week I saw a few making guesses at the S-1 date of acceptance. Just recently I had conversation with a company that also went through the same process. They stated that they too were lulled into thinking that it would be a relatively fast process. It now is 9 months running and have had to re-submit several packets of information. To sum it up they stated that the more complicated the filing, the longer it takes. They also added that they too were in a very eventful time period that was laced with acquisitions, new alliances, and contracts.

Before putting the cart in front of the horse, I feel we need to get the S-1 completed, then focus on the priorities.

Sales and shipping of product are my priorties from which to gauge the company. They are no longer a story stock, it is now time to produce and be judged on that basis only. The price will fluctuate as to what peoples perception of meeting that criteria are.

Until then we will be subject to sentiment rather than fact.

BTW, I follow Applied Materials also.
