I say that with tongue in cheek....what the Arabs need is a Western sponsor, who is available for exploiting; to provide them with technology, finances, military equipment and political cover. Dual citizenship and a policy of right of return, could be helpful.

If the Arabs control the market it is the rest of the world's problem. There are alternatives for the West, if they wish to pursue them.
