To All; I picked CLTK up at 12-3/4; just in time to see it fall even more..the volume the other day I took as a good sign sure fooled me. Much to my dismay after I bought the stock I find out insiders sold off last month at 10.88..had they got a better price it would not worry me, but when insiders sell when she is down it don't say a lot for their faith. I didn't like that at all so I'm back out of her now at a small loss. I was hesitated to start with considering the spread the market makers had on her. I'm getting disgusted with the Nasdaq more and more. I'v changed my mind about this stock, in spite of her good looking books, something seems fishy. Jim
