JC re: poorly received here we have difference of opinion. re: cheaper than the competition's cheapest similar that is not clear. Indeed p4 are priced much higher but oems are getting them at deep discount. Percentage of AMD's business with oems is much smaller hence average discounts are not that deep. Commercial systems are sold at premium but amd got very limited presence in commercial sector. The direct comparison of asps for all sub-sectors should not be used as a proxy for one sub-sector.
