that's like saying we should work out our differences with the taliban rather than a tit for tat war. sounds nice on paper, just like fair trade and peace, but not realistic in the real world. peace through strength. fair trade negotiations from a position of strength, not hashing out grievances by subordinating our sovereignty to an organization where we only have 1 vote out of 140.
