China didn't "give" them any thing for "free", I was talking about the "funding" ..and who plans to wind up with it.

But no doubt China had a hand in it, as they were
not so fond of only India having them as India is
to much in our camp.
Beyond all that the Arabs
particularly Iraq has
their own plans, one
of which is to assimulate
the Pakistan Nukes.
