David, I feel some of the confusion is a matter of reading the fine print. Vic stated that 100 boards were defective, they were replaced,. Upon closer scrutiny I believe you will also see where Vic stated that it took about 3 boards to a Cyclone. I found this confusing also, so called for verification. It seems about 35 units were shipped last week.

Also where some of the confusion comes into play is that mpst people including myself, thought that last months overtime was attributed to Cyclone production, not so. The heavy production demands can be attributed to the older products such as the ATM card for Citibank, National Trust, etc. This also included the D-mark Channel Bank.

Many times it is paying attention to detail that separates the fact from fiction. We all have a tendency to take things for granted. That is why some of us spend the time to sort out the facts.

Whixh reminds me, I spoke to Helen about the number of sales people. She said that there were 7, now five. Two didn't make the grade. They are in the process of still hiring and training more heads for the few open sales positions that remain.

I would suggest that everyone continue to stay in close contact with Franklin during the upcoming near term, as many things are starting to happen on a daily basis. As Vic reported we are now beginning to ship production models of the newer products and more products will be coming on line soon.
