Tahts also very convoluted and all the strings
connected are kept out of sight..more often
than not an IMF loan is made to people so
they don't default on a loan to privet
"Bankers" in effect the Tax payer gives the
Money to the IMF who gives it to a pontentual
Loan defaulter who then gives it the Big banks.
The whole IMF scam has been little more than
a way of bailing out the bad loans made by
Big Banks.
