HI joan, I have a similer situation i just resigned from the post office and have to move my TSP account to a IRA because i have to cash in for income T-72 rule withdraw for 5 years I'm 55, it was all in a S&P index down about to levels of oct. 1999 I;m thinking of buying some spyder's. For the 6-12 month run,WILL IT HAPPEN THATS THE QUESTION???
