first, Guffaw.
second, T/FIF is a nice paper exercise. I certainly don't overweight or DCA into stuff in real life that is not overweight in T/FIF. T/FIF portfolios have had an amazing run of luck, maybe it's time for a losing streak?
1. Yup (nope).
2. haven't a clue, that's Suzman stuff.
3. I don't know what my latest estimate was, but I'm now using $3 minimum. That's why I'm patient..... given all three "ifs", it could go way, way, way higher but it shouldn't go below $3 for years, IMO.
4. Not CEO. It was the CFO Sussman, and isn't it in arbitration rather than litigation? I've never understood the issue, as I believe that he had another frigging job BEFORE everyone was cut loose. If I remember correctly, he had already jumped ship. Maybe not.

Don't forget, OSIP took additional licenses. The $100K could go up, but there's at least $100K/year plus the interest. If OSIP partners the asthma program, there's a milestone. Other milestones look way off, I agree.
I agree, but it should take YEARS to merely bring us down to fair value.

I've only called twice. And, since reg. Fd, it seems that nobody calls/emails back. The safe thing to do? |
