Please ensure you do your own DD, and don't solely rely on my actions.

I was willing to hold, until the Greenberg article and the Yahoo post. The drop in price today on DYN based on the bad credit rumor about ENE seems to confirm the Yahoo poster's warning.

Another "interesting" (i.e., cheesie) fact is that both MacMahon and Causey are ex-Arthur Anderson employees, and of course, you know that Arthur Anderson is ENE's external auditor (smells rotten, doesn't it?). And the pundits criticizing ENE haven't even discussed that yet.

Have to keep in mind that MacMahon (to his credit) purportedly opposed the controversial LJM2/Fastow arrangement due to concerns about the appearance of conflicts of interest by the CFO, despite the okay the external auditor gave.

I thought (way too optimistically) that all this could blow over relatively soon. I think I was wrong, especially given the bungling act by CEO Lay.

Sorry to abandon you on this one. Good luck in whatever you decide to do.
