OK, guys, I wasn't able to get hold of the RCR coverage, but I found this on DBC Online:

"KVH Industries Gets Rare Red Chip Nod

PORTLAND, Ore. (DBC) -- Independent analyst Red Chip Review is giving tiny navigation device company KVH Industries the nod in new coverage. Red Chip, a small Oregon shop of analysts, follows about 300 tiny U.S. companies, many of them in technology.

Baseline research shows KVH selling near the high end of its one-year range for price-to-earnings (23), price-to-book (3.7) and price-to-sales (2.3). The Rhode Island company went public in April 1996 at $6.50 and was last selling for $9 a share.

KVH is developing and manufacturing mobile satellite phone systems for use at sea. Red Chip analyst Deborah Lowenthal says the company's customer list "reads like a Who's Who of electronics, defense and government players."

Lowenthal expects several high-tech devices for navigational and mobile satellite communications from KVH.

The company is worth about $60 million on the stock market, putting it among the smallest of the so-called small caps. "

Of course I'd still like to see the full report. But this sounds positive.
