I'm not totally sure, but the SEC phone number you posted is order forms. Please somebody correct me if need be. I did see a numnber at the EDGAR site for the fraud division (800) SEC-0330.

Despite my listing of the number above and asking in other posts if anybody is familiar w/ SEC actions in similar cases to the one we see unfolding before us, I'm suggesting that we get to look over the 8K before stirring the pot w/ the feds, as we might be pleasantly surprised as to what we may find. Another consideration is launching SEC inquiries at this stage may cause DRNK's stock price to plummet even further upon the media's getting a hold of the news. We just don't have enough facts to act at this point, IMO, despite the initial appearance and the bad feeling we have in our collective gut.
