Robin, fundamentally any stock with a PE < 15 and growth prospects of 25% a year (as argued by Paul Engel and others) seems to be a screaming buy. BUT (big but), that does not mean the stock will not get even cheaper. Altera appeared cheap and seemed to have techincal support at 45, but still has gone 25% lower.

Once the techincal support at 45 was broken the next obvious support was the 33 level that why I thought the slide may stop at 33. If support at 33 is broken I'm not sure where the next techincal support level is. But if the support holds the stock should not reach "any number below 30".
