Hi Snowshoe. I think a better approach to anthrax is to find a way to neutralize the toxin. I know there is some preliminary research on that. It's the toxin that kills, in anthrax, in botulism, and other diseases. I think the toxin causes the body to mount an overwhelming inflammatory response and in a sense the body kills itself. If we could neutralize the response to the toxin, anthrax, no matter HOW it was bioengineered, would cease to be a serious problem.
