Can anyone shed some light on this move? Is it to help retain employees, or helping to put some shares (money into the hands of the employees sooner?). I see where the options get turned into 1/4 of the amount of the options into restricted common shares that vest over a quarterly basis for the next two years. Could help to put some shares into hands of workers that may leave before two years... Anyone?... ragingbull.tenkwizard.com
