I am so sorry about your father. I hope it was a peaceful death.
Now that I have hit the 50s, I find that I worry a lot about HOW I am going to die, since I seem to have accepted that I am going to have to do it sooner or later.

I can't imagine sending someone a card and never owning up to it. Unless it was a nasty one. WHich of course I NEVER would do.
Except to Freddy.
But that's because he would send me one too.
ANd even then, I would want him to know it was from mememe.
Oh Justin, maybe you REJECTED her somehow in real life, and so she never could tell you that it was she who had sent it, hoping that somehow you would know and tell her you too felt the same way! Maybe you ignored her, or said, Don't call me, I'll call you and you didn;t.
Oh this is just too sad.
