KF, IMHO, I can't see this anthrax attack coming from anyone else besides a well-connected terrorist. I've read you need a fairly advanced technical facility to generate the spores. On the other hand, the one thing I am surprised about is that there hasn't been more in the way home grown terror that's blamed on OBL. He'd make a great scapegoat for the local nut case.
