Well, it seemed like a decent convertible play. If yields drop further or the underlying instrument appreciates in value then you have upside.

If not or if Sun declines further you have the Yield, which drops the entry price a couple of bucks effectively. Also, the yield is a buffer against decline vis-a-vie the stock.
