My exact phrase was "cesspool of ethics." The ethics of Big Business is corrupt. A good place to start would be for Big Business to insist that boards of directors earn their money, i.e., make top management accountable to shareholders AND considerate of workers, rather than fill those $100,000-a-year board positions with golfing buddies of the CEO and CFO. Agree?
